For over 30 years, in over 30 nations, Dr. Gene and Sue Lingerfelt have been winning the nations for Christ and changing the world one life at a time with the good news of the Gospel, fulfilling Christ's commission to go into all the world and to make disciples of all nations (Mark 16:15-18; Matthew 28:18-20). Together, Pastors Gene and Sue have traveled the world ministering love, hope, and healing to hurting people. They have brought deliverance to those bound in captivity, recovery of sight to the blind, and they have also unashamedly proclaimed the year of the Lord's good favor (Luke 4:18-20). The blind see, the lame walk, and the deaf hear, all in Jesus's name (Matthew 11:4-5). Jesus truly is the same "yesterday and today and forever" (Hebrews 13:8).

Our Soon Coming Financial Harvest
Mark 10:29-30 says, "'I tell you the truth,' Jesus replied, 'no one who has left home or brothers or sisters or mother or father or children or fields for me and the gospel will fail to receive a hundred times as much in this present age (homes, brothers, sisters, mothers, children and fields--and with them, persecutions) and in the age to come, eternal life.'"
In 1998, Overcoming Faith Christian Center gave $600,000 to pay for the roof of the new church building of Elim Evangelistic Church (pictured to the left), pioneered over 50 years ago in Mombasa, Kenya by Missionaries Bud and Fay Sickler. This new building seats over 5,000 people and it is one of the largest church structures in East Africa. Since the completion of the building project, Missionaries Bud and Fay Sickler have gone to be with the Lord, but Overcoming Faith Christian Center is continuing to support the church and its new Kenyan Pastors, Joshua and Margaret Alkali. Our partnership with Elim Evangelistic Church and our support of their building project gives us full confidence that we will be able to complete our own building project.
